FAQ

A few things
worth knowing.

Can I sell real tickets today?

Not yet. This is a development demo. Payments, email delivery, production operations, and the legal requirements for launch still need validation.

Who sells the tickets?

The intended model keeps the licensed producer as the seller, using TicketFoo as software. The payment structure and Puerto Rico requirements need professional review before launch.

What will it cost?

Pricing is still being worked out. We’re exploring a subscription and a small platform fee, with payment processing charged separately. No pricing or fee savings are promised yet.

Does scanning work offline?

Not in the current version. Door staff need an internet connection so every scan can be checked against the same up-to-date ticket record.

¿Y en español?

Yes, Puerto Rican Spanish is part of the direction. This product page is bilingual. The application is English-first, and its full translation is still in progress.
